Jean Carlo Peñaloza, CPP, is a Certified Professional Photographer, educator, podcaster, and founder of Captured Now Photography, a studio specializing in high-volume portraits for conferences, events, and organizations. He is also the founder of The Capture Rig, a studio operations platform built to help photographers manage lead capture, client communication, galleries, delivery, and event-based photo workflows.

Born in Venezuela and raised in the United States, Jean Carlo brings a cross-cultural perspective to photography, media, and communication. With more than 20 years of corporate experience, he approaches creative work with a systems-first mindset focused on clarity, efficiency, and repeatable results.

He is also the host of The Outspoken Artist Podcast, a long-form conversation series featuring photographers, filmmakers, educators, and creative industry voices. Jean Carlo has recorded and produced on-site conversations at major creative events including Imaging USA, ShutterFest, BILD Expo, and Peculiar Collective.

Across photography, speaking, software, and content creation, Jean Carlo teaches practical systems that reduce friction, build confidence, and help creatives show up consistently without overcomplicating the process.
